Our sanctuary is in the making — a calm, thoughtful space designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Until it opens, the studio comes to you. We bring mindful movement, soothing aromatherapy, and Tibetan singing bowls directly to your chosen space, so you can feel at ease right where you are.

All essential equipment is provided for private sessions, so you can simply arrive on the mat and immerse in your practice. With personalised guidance, clear cues, and supportive adjustments, you’ll experience yoga that’s no-frills, deeply nurturing, and tailored to your well-being.

Every class concludes with a guided sound bath during savasana for full-body relaxation..
