How We Care for Your Practice
At Wellness with Ange, every class is thoughtfully designed to support your body and soothe your mind. You’ll receive clear verbal guidance, optional hands-on adjustments, and alignment-focused teaching so you feel confident and safe in each movement.
Props are provided to help your body relax fully, while calming aromatherapy and curated music set the tone for deeper presence. We also include gentle eye relaxation during rest to quiet the senses. Each class concludes with Tibetan singing bowls — soothing vibrations that help your nervous system soften and your whole being reset. This is a full-sensory wellness experience, crafted with heart.

Private sessions are $120 per hour for up to 2 pax. For groups of 3 or more, it’s an additional $30 per person. No frills, no long-term commitments — simply book the sessions you need. Package options are available on request.
For 7 or more participants, group rates will apply — please contact us for a quote based on location and setup.

We come to you — at home or any space you prefer. If you don’t have a suitable location, we can arrange a venue for you, with a small service fee added to your session.
