  • A grounding, calming practice that blends gentle stretches, breathwork, and restorative poses to release tension and soothe the nervous system. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a mindful pause from a busy day.

    Focus: Stress relief, relaxation, mobility

  • A dynamic session to build functional strength, stability, and body awareness through controlled movements and fluid transitions. Suitable for those with some yoga experience or anyone wanting a stronger yet mindful practice.

  • Through progressive floor-based holds, active flexibility drills, and controlled end-range work, we target the inner thighs, hamstrings, hip flexors, and glutes to safely deepen split range. Spinal twists and rotational sequences are integrated to improve thoracic mobility and support balanced flexibility.

    This is not a passive restorative session — expect intentional work, mindful alignment cues, and strength through range to build sustainable flexibility.

  • Lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. Immerse in the rich frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls designed to calm the mind and soothe the body into meditative stillness.

  • A progressive 60-minute backbend-focused class designed to build safe spinal extension and controlled openness through the front body.

    We prepare the shoulders, thoracic spine, and hip flexors through targeted mobility drills and strength-based activation to support deeper heart-opening shapes without compressing the lower back. Expect intentional sequencing, alignment cues, and strength through range — not passive dropping into depth.

  • A 60-minute guided reformer session focused on precision, control, and strength through alignment. Using spring resistance, we build deep core stability, improve posture, and enhance muscular balance without joint strain.

    Expect slow, intentional transitions and targeted sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen, and support everyday movement.

At Wellness with Ange, every class is thoughtfully designed to support your body and soothe your mind. You’ll receive clear verbal guidance, optional hands-on adjustments, and alignment-focused teaching so you feel confident and safe in each movement.

Props are provided to help your body relax fully, while calming aromatherapy and curated music set the tone for deeper presence. We also include gentle eye relaxation during rest to quiet the senses. Each class concludes with Tibetan singing bowls — soothing vibrations that help your nervous system soften and your whole being reset.
