  • Yes. Sessions can be gently tailored for seniors who wish to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Movements are adapted to individual comfort levels, with a focus on safety, mindful pacing, and supportive guidance. Yoga blocks and props, as well as rest options are available, making the practice accessible and reassuring.

  • Your safety comes first. Please consult your doctor to confirm if physical exercise is suitable for you. Let us know about any conditions or injuries so we can adapt the practice to your needs. All students will be required to sign an indemnity form before starting.
