My Story

I believe wellness should feel comforting, approachable, and deeply human.

Hello! I am Ange.

After years of practicing yoga, alongside reformer pilates and horse riding, I’ve learned firsthand how movement can bring balance into a busy life. I continue to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, and yoga remains my grounding ritual — a way to clear my mind, stay focused, and come back to myself.

Over time, my relationship with movement has also deepened through caring for the people around me. I’ve seen how thoughtful, well-guided movement can restore confidence, stability, and independence — especially as we age. This has shaped my desire to create a safe, supportive space for older adults to move gently, feel steady, and remain connected to their bodies with dignity and ease.

I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher (YTT500), trained to guide movement with intention, safety, and compassion. My classes are thoughtfully paced — slow when you need grounding, strong when you crave confidence — and always ending with a soothing Tibetan singing bowl sound bath to help the nervous system reset. I fell in love with the calming resonance of the bowls and knew I wanted to share that sense of peace with others.

I teach with mindful presence, supportive hands-on assists, and clear verbal cues so every student feels steady, informed, and at ease in their body. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning after a pause, or moving into a new stage of life, I’m here to guide you gently — one breath at a time.
