My Story

I believe wellness should feel comforting, approachable, and deeply human.

After years of practicing yoga, alongside reformer pilates and horse riding, I’ve learned firsthand how movement can bring balance into a busy life. I continue to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, and yoga remains my grounding ritual — a way to clear my mind, stay focused, and come back to myself.

I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher (YTT500), trained to guide movement with intention, safety, and compassion. My classes are thoughtfully paced — slow when you need grounding, strong when you crave confidence — and always ending with a soothing Tibetan singing bowl sound bath to help the nervous system reset. I fell in love with the calming resonance of the bowls and knew I wanted to share that sense of peace with others.

I teach with mindful presence, supportive hands-on assists, and clear verbal cues so every student feels steady, informed, and at ease in their body. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a pause, I’m here to guide you gently — one breath at a time.

If you’d like to continue this journey of mindful living, you’re welcome to explore the stories and practices I share in The Wellness Journal.
